Rules for accessing and using readavelle.com, its content, features, communications, and customer-facing services.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Website Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to readavelle.com and its content, navigation, account features, forms, product information, and customer services. By using the website, visitors agree to these terms. Purchase transactions are also subject to the Terms and Conditions and other store policies.

2. Permitted Use

The website may be used for lawful personal shopping, product research, order management, and communication with customer support. Users may save or print reasonable portions of content for personal reference.

Users may not interfere with store operation, misuse website content, impersonate another person, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, perform abusive automated extraction, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

3. Accounts and Credentials

If customer accounts are available, users are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting passwords and device access. Users should notify customer support if they suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect the customer, the store, or other users.

4. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Features, product availability, navigation, and content may be modified as the store develops.

5. Product Content

Product pages are intended to support informed purchasing. Images may include styled environments and ordinary props for context. The product name, specifications, dimensions, materials, package contents, and written limitations should be reviewed together.

Website content is general product information and is not medical, ergonomic, legal, or other professional advice. Customers with health-related needs should consult an appropriate professional before selecting or using a household comfort product.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, product names, visual design, graphics, photographs, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Guizhou Yanqing Trading Co., Ltd. Use of the site does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.

Reproduction, modification, republication, sale, systematic extraction, or creation of misleading derivative store content is prohibited without written authorization, except where law permits limited use.

7. User Submissions

Messages, reviews, images, and suggestions submitted through the store must be lawful, relevant, and free of content that infringes rights or exposes another person's private information. Users retain applicable ownership rights but grant the business permission to use voluntarily submitted product reviews or feedback for store operation and presentation, subject to applicable law and privacy choices.

We may remove submissions that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, spam, or unrelated to the products or service.

8. Third-Party Services

The store relies on service providers for hosting, checkout, payment, analytics, communications, and delivery. A third-party service may apply its own terms and privacy practices. References to a service do not guarantee continuous availability or endorse unrelated third-party content.

9. Security

Users must not probe, scan, attack, disable, overload, or bypass website security. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to service@readavelle.com without accessing or disclosing other users' information.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We will make reasonable efforts to correct material errors brought to our attention.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from website interruption, misuse, unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect credentials, or reliance on content outside its stated purpose. This limitation does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, or material violation of these terms. Obligations and rights that logically continue after access ends remain effective.

13. Changes, Governing Rules, and Contact

These Terms of Use may be updated for legal, operational, or technical reasons. The current revision date appears at the top. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to govern.

Questions may be sent in plain text to service@readavelle.com.
