1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through readavelle.com. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the store policies incorporated into them, including the Payment & Security, Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy policies.

Customers must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with authorization from a parent, guardian, or relevant organization.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately through photographs, dimensions, materials, features, care instructions, and intended use. Screen settings, lighting, natural-looking finishes, textiles, and production batches can create minor visual variation.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated as exact. Customers should review dimensions and intended use before purchasing. Household accessories must be used according to product instructions and ordinary safety precautions.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, shipping restriction, pricing error, quantity abuse, or inability to fulfill.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Discounts, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change before an order is submitted. Discounts apply only according to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless allowed at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed where applicable.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, discount, or technical error. If the correction affects an existing order, we may contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Payment

The customer represents that all payment and billing information is accurate and that the selected payment method is authorized. Payment providers may apply verification, security checks, currency conversion, or external fees. Orders are subject to successful authorization and fraud review.

6. Shipping, Title, and Risk

Processing and transit estimates are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless mandatory law states otherwise. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and for import charges not expressly included at checkout.

Ownership and risk transfer are determined by applicable law and the shipping arrangement. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory rights concerning loss or damage during delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, condition requirements, request periods, shipping responsibility, inspection, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. No term excludes statutory remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Proper Product Use

readavelle™ products are ordinary reading and home leisure accessories unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Customers must observe weight, placement, assembly, cleaning, supervision, and care guidance.

• Products should not be used as steps, seats, child climbing supports, or load-bearing furniture unless expressly designed for that purpose.
• Reading cushions and supports are not medical devices and do not provide medical treatment.
• Products with hinges, rigid parts, or removable components should be kept away from unsupervised young children.
• Items should be inspected and discontinued if damaged in a way that could affect safe use.

9. Intellectual Property

The readavelle™ name, product presentation, original text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to the business and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Store content may be used for personal shopping and product evaluation. Commercial copying, redistribution, scraping, or misleading use is prohibited without written permission.

10. Reviews and Customer Content

If customers submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content, they represent that they have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove content that contains unlawful material, personal data, spam, harassment, or unrelated promotion.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated. We do not promise uninterrupted website operation or suitability for an unstated purpose.

Liability is limited only where applicable law permits. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights related to fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory product conformity protections.

12. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, carrier interruption, customs action, labor disruption, epidemic, government restriction, infrastructure failure, or supply interruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance.

13. Governing Rules and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating company, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer's place of residence. Customers should contact service@readavelle.com first so that a concern can be reviewed. Any formal dispute will be handled by a court or process with lawful jurisdiction.

14. Changes and Severability

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when an order is submitted generally governs that order. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
